04Sharing Your Information

- Payment gateway: Your card details are processed by a PCI DSS-compliant provider. We never see or store your full card number.
- Courier and delivery partners: Your name, address, and phone number are shared solely to deliver your order.
- Website hosting: Our WordPress and WooCommerce setup stores order and account data on a secured hosted environment.
- Email provider: Your name and email address are shared with our email platform for transactional and, where consented, marketing messages.
- Analytics: We use anonymised analytics to understand how the site is used. Where individual tracking applies, this is covered in our cookie notice and you may opt out.
We do not transfer your personal information outside South Africa unless your order requires it or our service providers operate internationally with adequate safeguards in place.

Ask us to correct or update inaccurate or incomplete information.

Request deletion where we no longer have a lawful basis to retain your data.

Object to processing based on legitimate interest or to direct marketing.
Withdraw Consent
Withdraw consent for any processing that relies on it, without affecting prior lawful processing.
Complain
Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
